CS Corporate Advisors has advised General Lab in the acquisition of assets from the Portuguese group Unilabs.

General Lab is a service company conducting clinical and biological tests. It is made up of a group of leading laboratories in information, management and performance of diagnostic laboratory tests. The company attends annually more than 3 million patients per year and offers its services to hospitals, clinics, accident insurance companies and medical centers, among others.

Unilabs is one of the largest diagnostics providers in Europe, and the only provider of laboratory, imaging and pathology diagnostics. It manages more than 150 imaging centers, more than 250 laboratories, 12,000 employees and annual sales over 1.000 million euros.
