CS Corporate has acted as financial advisor to a shareholder of Alguna Pregunta SL in the sale of a significant stake.

Alguna Pregunta SL is a producer of radio and television programs. The best known production is the television program “APM?”.

The radio version won an Ondas Award in 1997, while the television version won it in 2014.

“APM?” was created by Antoni Bassas and Xavier Bosch in 1995. A few years later Carles Capdevila joined the team. Guillem Sans took over the management of the project in 2007.

The basis of the program focuses on gathering the most curious images of national and international televisions, and the sketches made from specific scenes of other programs and movies.
